With the aim of completion by December 2024, this development concerns the conversion of existing office space into 5 new self-contained apartments. Of these, two will be 2 bedroom apartments and the remaining three will be 1 bedroom properties. All of the apartments will have modern open-plan kitchen/living areas and a balcony. There will also be secure bike store and bin store areas located within the building, for the shared use of all residents.
Within the development, we will also convert a derelict shop into modern office space on the ground floor. Additionally, a private terrace with new paving and planters will be incorporated into the property.
