After acquisition the building has undergone an extensive refurbishment to transform the first floor into four apartments. Once complete, the refurbishment will deliver four ‘warehouse conversion’ style apartments influenced by the building’s industrial past.

Following a successful planning application for change of use from offices (B1a) to four residential flats (C3), achieving permission to comprehensively remodel the upper floor and create a small extension to the rear. The refurbishment focuses on stripping back the building to make use of its large open space and create the warehouse style, whilst combining this character with modern luxuries including solid oak floors, quartz worktops and Juliet balconies.
