59 Earlsdon Street is a 1942 ft2 Victorian end of terrace property. Acquired in September 2020 the property underwent a major renovation in the summer of 2021.

The Kitchen and dining room were merged to create an open plan kitchen/living room including new glazing at the rear, to utilise the newly landscaped garden. All bedrooms and bathrooms were remodelled, and a purpose-built laundry room was installed on the first floor. The renovation also allowed for the addition of another bedroom taking the total number to six.

The city of Coventry has one of the largest student populations outside of London and has seen a large influx of premium purpose-built student accommodation.
