12 Providence Street in Earlsdon is a former banking premises turned commercial space arranged over ground and one upper floor and was acquired in June 2021. After acquisition, the building has undergone refurbishment to the ground floor commercial space and a transformation of the first floor into a self-contained apartment.
Following a planning application for change of use from Class E to Mixed Use including Class C3, the upper floor was extensively refurbished to provide a modern living space. The refurbishment focuses on stripping back the building to make use of its open space and create a large open plan living area, equipped with new kitchen, bathroom, furniture and heating system.
