Woodfield Farmhouse is a 15-acre site in south Warwickshire, located a short drive from local attractions such as: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle and the Cotswolds. The site itself is predominately grassland, with a splattering of mature trees and is enclosed by woodland. To the centre of the site there is a lake and to the south of the site is the same country home estate that the coach house was built on.

Acquired in June 2021, planning was submitted in February 2022 to re-landscape the site including extending the lake and further planting in the field. The application also included the creation of five glamping pods, a boat house on the lake (complete with hot tub, sauna and ice bath) and a barn conversion style building towards the entrance which will serve as an amenities and staff quarters building.

The plan for Woodfield farmhouse is to organically grow a luxury country retreat, that is sustainable and brings guests closer to nature. We want to grow this business over time; expanding the site, number of units, amenities and an on-site hospitality venue.
