Broadly speaking - yes. However, if you are a full-time student you are not liable to pay council tax. In order to claim this relief you will need to send proof of your studentship to the relevant council authority.

Yes. We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme meaning your deposit is secure. We will only make deductions based on merit.

Our caretakers will attend monthly to carry out health and safety checks and test the fire alarms and emergency lighting in the building. Don’t worry, we will give you 2-3 days prior notice to this happening.
