63 Earlsdon Street is a 1908 sq.ft Victorian terraced property. Acquired in September 2020 the property underwent a major renovation in the summer of 2021.
The Kitchen and utility rooms were merged to create an open plan kitchen/living room, including a new curtain glass wall at the rear, to bring in more natural light and view of the newly landscaped garden. All bedrooms and bathrooms were remodelled and the Victorian fireplaces refurbished to help reinstate the homes character. This renovation also allowed for the addition of another bedroom taking the total number to six.
The city of Coventry has one of the largest student populations outside of London and has seen a large influx of premium purpose-built student accommodation.
